Spectrum Cable & Internet

50 Harbor View Condos has contracted with Spectrum for TV & Internet service. An approximate $60 monthly fees for this service will now be included in the Association's monthly maintenance fees.

Services include:

Spectrum TV Select: plus 2 free spectrum receiver boxes
Spectrum internet with in home WIFI equipment, including 1 free modem and router.

Each Resident is responsible to contact Spectrum directly for new equipment and issues with their service or equipment. All related installation charges related to a professional installation is at unit residents expense. Residents may at their option, get phone service and additional receiver boxes at the normal monthly rental rates directly from Spectrum.
